For those who do not know who is Dong Abay... He's the one who sang the legendary song "Banal na Aso, Santong Kabayo" Yano era. If you still don't know who he is, "You are doomed to repeat your music classes and change your music influences.

Dong Abay's "Rebulto" was a Jose Rizal tribute album by Dong Abay. Lyrically, the album that serves as a modern-day mouthpiece for Jose Rizal finds Dong’s unique musical genius still working in overdrive.

Westdon Martin Abay, popularly known as "Dong Abay", is a poet and a Pinoy Solid rock musician of 80's. He was the founding member, songwriter and lead vocalist of the bands Yano, Pan, and currently dongabay, which are now all defunct.

Dong Abay - Rebulto 2012

Born on April 5, 1971 in Manila, Philippines, he shares his birthday with the former Philippine President, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and the date of Abay's birth was also the day when American rockstar Kurt Cobain of Nirvana committed suicide in 1994. He is married to Ninj Botor Reyes. They have a son named Awit (Tagalog for "song" or "chant"), born on May 15, 2002.

In the year 2000, a new R&B and Soul Princess Kyla released her 2nd album. Kyla is one of the most awarded singers here in the Philippines as her music touches everyone's heart.

This album consists of ten original OPM tracks mostly written by a great writer Arnie Mendaros. The song Hanggang ngayon is the first single came out from the album Way to your heart, which is purely written and sung by Filipino dialects.

Just a brief trivia about the album production. All of these tracks were produced by Francis Gueavarra Jr. (Octoarts EMI Production). Except for One More Try which was produced by Raymund Ryan.

Pedicab Band is composed of Diego Mapa (lead vocals), Jason Caballa (guitars/backing vocals), Raimund Marasigan (keyboards/keytar/backing vocals/synthesizer), Mike Dizon (drums), RA Rivera (visuals/mastering/backing vocals). Their music can be described as garage or indie rock, because of their influence they strive their career on the year 2005 as Pedicab. 

Pedicab has released 3 albums as of 2012. The first album was released early in the year 2005 called "Tugish Takish", whatever the meaning of those words, feel free to ask the band to their fan page. The second studio album was entitled "Shinji ilabas mo na ang helicopter" back in the year 2008, and the album consists of 12 original Filipino songs.
